Delivery from Baliwag City, Bulacan

We normally prepare and hand orders to our courier within 1–2 business days, excluding Philippine public holidays. This preparation time is separate from courier transit time.

Delivery fees and coverage

Delivery is charged separately from the product price. Enter your complete address at checkout to see the available delivery service and the final shipping charge before placing your order. Charges depend on the destination and the combined packed weight of the items. Our configured delivery charges use J&T Express rate information; they are store-set checkout rates, not a live quote from the courier.

If checkout does not offer a delivery rate for your address or basket, please email ecolovephilippines@gmail.com for assistance before ordering. Remote and island destinations or larger orders may need a separate delivery arrangement. Free shipping is not automatically included.

Cash on delivery

COD is available when offered at checkout for your address. Pay the courier the full order total shown in your confirmation, including delivery. Ecò absorbs the standard COD and valuation fees; these are not added as a separate customer surcharge.

Estimated transit time

After courier handover, allow approximately 1–5 days for Metro Manila and Luzon, and 3–7 days for Visayas and Mindanao. Island routes can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, service coverage and courier operations can affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery details

We provide tracking information after your parcel is booked and handed over for delivery. Please enter your full street and barangay address, correct city or municipality, province, postal code and a reachable mobile number. Contact us promptly if any detail needs correction.

Problems with delivery

For a delay, failed delivery, missing parcel or damage, email ecolovephilippines@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the courier. Our Return and refund policy covers damaged, defective, incorrect and missing goods, without limiting your statutory consumer rights.
