Shopping with Ecò Love Philippines

Products and prices

Prices are in Philippine pesos. Your selected size, quantity, available discounts, delivery charge and total are shown at checkout before you place the order. Product photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary. Fragrance descriptions express the intended scent experience and do not promise medical benefits.

Ordering and payment

You may check out as a guest. Please provide an accurate name, email, mobile number and complete delivery address so we and our courier can process your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For cash on delivery, pay the full checkout total to the courier on delivery. No separate COD or valuation surcharge is added by Ecò beyond the displayed total.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We will contact you if an item or delivery service is unavailable, or if a pricing or address error needs resolution. We will not increase your total or substitute an item without your agreement. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Delivery and changes

Orders dispatch from Baliwag City, Bulacan, normally within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and coverage are described in our Shipping policy. Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations before courier handover.

Safe use

Our water-based fragrance oils are for compatible aroma diffusers that permit water-based fragrance. Follow the bottle label and device instructions. They are not for ingestion or application to the skin. Keep away from children and pets; stop use if irritation occurs. A diffuser is not included unless the product listing expressly says so.

Returns and privacy

Our Return and refund policy explains help for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods. Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled to operate the store, process orders and arrange delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under applicable Philippine consumer law.
